Online application

Please fill out the online application form below and submit it, the service center will receive and review your application

Download the application form

Click the Download button to download the membership application form

After filling in, please email the application form to d_casting@chin-ching.com.tw

The service center will receive and review your application

If the review is successful, you will receive a notification letter for member activation

​ Please log in to the D-Casting member platform according to the account information provided in the letter.
